Going to close this is not a correct way to verify a checkpoint. There would be no checkpoints for genesis. The end goal here would be verify a chain of finalized headers from the checkpoints back to the trusted genesis committee. Its a much more involved change for a first PR |

Add validation to ensure checkpoint epoch_genesis_hash matches the current genesis hash. Prevents loading checkpoints from
different networks.
